You can return the product you ordered within 14 calendar days after consultation with our customer service. We are unable to accept the returned product after 14 days! It is important to know that you can only use the product for a trial period, because we can only exchange or return it in an unused state, with the label (not cut off). When returning the product, we check whether the product is undamaged and unused, so please send it back in the original packaging.

When returning goods, we ask that you include a piece of paper in the package stating the reason for the return, your name, e-mail address, phone number, and order ID.

Package the product carefully and send it back by post to the product return address indicated above. The courier will pick up your package at the specified delivery address.

The buyer is responsible for the return costs in all cases! We can only accept the package without cash on delivery. The https://r3done.com web store is not responsible for any damages or undelivered packages resulting from careless packaging.

When the package arrives, we perform a quality check and if the product meets the criteria, we will refund the amount within 14 days to the specified name and bank account number!


We do not exchange or return socks for hygiene reasons, so please be sure to choose the right size!
